We only count appointments where the lead is a homeowner, lives in your target zip code, and is actively considering selling in the next 3–6 months. If a lead doesn’t meet those criteria — you don’t pay for it. Simple.
💬 2. Do I need to know how to run ads or use tech?
Not at all. We handle everything for you — from ad setup and lead filtering to scheduling and follow-up. All you need to do is show up to your booked calls.
💬 3. What if you don’t hit the number of appointments you promised?
That’s where our Upfront & Discrepancy Guarantee kicks in.If we promised 10 appointments and delivered 7, you’ll get refunded the value of the 3 we missed — no excuses, no arguing.
