When you sign up with NexVilla, we agree on a guaranteed number of qualified seller appointments per month. If we fall short, you’ll receive a refund for the difference — no delays, no hassle.Example:
If we guarantee 10 qualified appointments but only deliver 7, we refund the value of 3 missed appointments.
You are eligible for a refund if:
We do not deliver the agreed-upon number of qualified appointments within the active billing cycle. You notify us in writing within 7 days of the billing period ending.
Refunds do not apply to:
The monthly service fee, once the campaign setup and optimization work has started.The ad spend, which is paid directly to Facebook or Google and outside NexVilla’s control.Missed appointments due to client no-shows, calendar access errors, or unresponsiveness.Leads that meet our pre-agreed qualification criteria, even if the conversation doesn’t result in a listing.
To request a refund:
Email [email protected] with your business name and the concern.Our team will verify the shortfall in appointments.Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
You may cancel your service at any time. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the current cycle once work has begun.
NexVilla reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.
